Xiaomi BE3600 — The Popular Wi-Fi 7 Successor to AX3000/CR880x?

I. Overview

Xiaomi Router BE3600 is Xiaomi’s most affordable Wi-Fi 7 router. It launched in China on January 30, 2024, in three versions: RD15 (2.5G), RD16 (Gigabit), and RN06 (Global). It uses a Qualcomm IPQ5312, 256MB RAM, and 128MB flash; supports Wi-Fi 7 (802.11a/n/ac/ax/be); reaches up to 3600 Mbps (2.4GHz: 688 Mbps, 5GHz: 2882 Mbps); and has four high-performance antennas, dual WAN/LAN, one 2.5G port on RD15/RN06, and three Gigabit ports. It uses passive cooling and supports IoT.
