The TL-R5005PE-AC teardown addresses how it differs from the R5005P. The router hardware is reported as the same, while the supply is the major difference: R5005PE-AC uses 53.5V/1.6A, up to 85 W; R5005P is 53.5V/1.12A, up to 60 W.
The unit has five ports rated up to 2.5G and supports dual-WAN. Measured power is about 3.4 W idle and 5.4 W with a 2.5G WAN plus one 2.5G LAN connected. This is not the maximum PoE budget; distinguish adapter capacity, port load, and PoE budget.
Do not substitute a near-match supply with a different voltage or polarity. For PoE use, verify the standard and actual load before connecting an AP or camera.
