ACWiFi inspected the 7DR3630 v5.0, whose packaging notes StarFlash support. The tested unit uses a 12V/1.5A adapter; idle open-air power is about 4 W and rises to 4.6 W with the 2.5G port connected.
The label identifies TL-7DR3630 5.0. I treat these as measurements under one test condition, not maximum consumption or a Wi-Fi performance guarantee.
For an upgrade decision, check firmware, port layout, thermals, and client compatibility rather than relying on the Wi-Fi 7 label alone. The teardown is valuable because it records the v5 revision and a real-world baseline for comparison with v4 or another batch.
